2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2.4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Services

3.1. WiEnergi is a platform connecting service providers with customers.

3.2. We do not employ service providers; they are independent contractors.

3.3. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.

3.4. All service agreements are between the customer and the service provider.

4. Payment terms

4.1. WiEnergi processes all service payments through Paystack, a secure South African payment gateway.

4.2. All services have fixed prices according to the WiEnergi Service Catalog.

4.3. At booking, Paystack places a bank-level hold on the customer's card for the full service price. The hold is only converted into a charge once the provider has completed the job and the customer has confirmed completion.

4.4. WiEnergi uses a revenue-sharing model: service providers receive 65% of the service price, and WiEnergi retains 35% as a platform fee.

4.5. The platform fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, marketing, insurance, customer support, and technology infrastructure.

4.6. All payments are made in South African Rand (ZAR).

4.7. Provider earnings are tracked in your account and available for withdrawal after service completion and customer confirmation.

4.8. Both customers and service providers are responsible for their own tax obligations related to income earned or services purchased.

4.9. Payment processing fees charged by Paystack are included in the platform fee.

4.10. By using WiEnergi, you agree to these payment terms and the revenue sharing model.

5. Payment and refund policy

5.1. All payments are processed through WiEnergi via the Paystack payment gateway.

5.2. Refunds are processed at WiEnergi's discretion based on the circumstances of the dispute.

5.3. Valid refund reasons include:

  • Provider no-show without valid reason
  • Service not completed as described
  • Significant quality issues that cannot be resolved
  • Service cancelled by provider after payment

5.4. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of scheduled service time.

5.5. WiEnergi will investigate all refund requests and may request evidence (photos, messages, etc.).

5.6. Approved refunds are returned to the customer's original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5.7. Partial refunds may be issued if service was partially completed.

5.8. Both the provider's share (65%) and platform fee (35%) are subject to refund if the refund is approved.

5.9. Disputes should be reported through the app, and WiEnergi will provide mediation services.

5.10. Users agree to handle all service-related issues professionally and cooperate with dispute resolution processes.
