Provider questions, answered

How does payment work?
Every job shows you what it pays before you accept it, so there is never any guesswork. You are paid once the resident approves the completed job, and the app keeps a full record of every booking.
When and how do I get paid?
Payment is released as soon as the resident confirms your work, and goes to any South African bank account — add your account details securely in the app under Bank Details.
What documents do I need to register?
A valid SA ID, passport or driver's licence, a clear profile photo, and at least one photo of your previous work. Qualifications and certificates are optional but recommended — certified pros stand out and win more jobs.
How long does approval take?
Our team reviews new provider applications within 24–48 hours. You'll be notified as soon as your account is approved and you can start accepting jobs.
Do I need my own tools?
Customers specify per job whether you should bring tools or whether materials are on site. You'll see this on every job card before you accept, so there are never surprises.
Can I offer more than one type of service?
Yes — you can register for up to three service categories (and Hair & Beauty pros can pick up to 15 individual services). You can update your services later from your profile.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Registration is free and there are no monthly fees.
